Please Fill out the form below to RSVP for Richard Lange, MD, e Preoperative Cardiac Risk Assessment- Feb 11th , 2010  - This program will be on the medical school campus. From 6:30-7:30 and light finger foods/beverages will be available. Directions: 7703 Floyd Curl Drive,78229. Enter in the driveway across from Methodist Hospital. At the gate, ask where to park (should be free after 6pm).  Enter the Medical School doors on the left side of the Courtyard, directly across from the Academic & Administration Building.
Take a right and proceed down the hallway adjacent to the courtyard.  Room 309L is on the ground floor near the elevator/stairs.
