Use iMeet® Central project management workspaces to create prioritized tasks and milestones. Specify project dependencies so you can easily shift due dates if tasks are completed late. Assign tasks to specific people or project roles manually or automatically using workflow rules. Comment on or attach files to tasks and milestones so you always have the right context.

Leverage a host of reporting options in iMeet Central to keep track of progress, including dashboards, color-coded status reports, Gantt charts and audit logs or run custom reports across projects, workspaces or the entire organization. Time tracking, time budgets and time reports also help you keep track of resources.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT FEATURES
  • Milestones, Task Lists and Tasks

    iMeet Central breaks large projects with lots of moving parts into smaller components. Milestones are the highest level chunks of a project. Within each milestone, you can have multiple task lists that further break the project down into smaller steps, and within each task list, you have individual tasks.

  • Project Dependencies

    Specify which milestones and tasks come before and after the one you’re editing, so you can easily shift all subsequent due dates if an earlier task slips.

  • Navigation

    Users can easily navigate to the tasks that are assigned to them. They can also filter tasks by tags or other assignees.

  • Priority

    Designate tasks as high, medium, low or no priority, for color-coding, sorting and reporting.

  • Gantt Charts

    This visual report shows your entire project plan and lets you drill down to the specific milestone or task list that matters most to you.

  • Status Reports

    This report summarizes who is responsible for what, with start and due dates for all deliverables, a completion percentage for each stage and a recap of what’s finished, pending or overdue.

  • Audit Log

    See which employees are adjusting due dates and making changes to project plans. The audit log shows when the task or milestone was created, who has been looking at it, who has edited it and exactly what was changed.

  • Status Color Coding

    Red means overdue, yellow means in progress and green means completed. It’s easy to see where your project is on schedule and where things are going off track.

  • Project Search

    Companies with several project-related workspaces – such as separate workspaces for each client or consulting engagement – can search for all projects that fit specific criteria.

PROJECT CREATION FEATURES
  • Import and Export Project Plans

    If you already use a third-party project-management application, such as Microsoft Project, you can import existing project plans into iMeet Central or export iMeet Central plans to the third-party tool.

  • Project Templates

    Set up the basic blueprint for a specific type of repeatable projects, such as on-boarding a new employee or planning a quarterly board meeting. End users can kick off a new project with minimal effort, because iMeet Central automatically fills in all the required steps and due dates.

  • Task Assignments

    Users can manually assign tasks to themselves or others, and specify who should receive related email reminders. In addition, workflow rules can automatically assign tasks and send email notifications to individual users, based on rules you set.

  • Permissions

    Your teams are organized by workspace, so your projects are, too. The only people who can see project deliverables and assignments are authorized members of that project.

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT FEATURES
  • Time Reports

    Generate reports that summarize time spent by user or by the entire project team, for whatever date range you specify.

  • Budget Time

    You can set the amount of time a task should take any time you edit a task or create a new one. Then, you can easily spot which tasks are taking longer than they should.

  • Time Tracking

    Users can log how much time they spent on any task and provide additional information, such as job numbers or accounting codes. This makes it easy to track billable hours for your projects.
